Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules that apply to all use of the ClipToText.ai platform ("Service") operated by ALL-IN-ONE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LTD ("ClipToText", "we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales under company number 15957512.
This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
If you are in doubt whether a proposed use is permitted, contact us at support@cliptotext.ai before proceeding.
1. Definitions
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Prohibited Content | Any content listed in Section 3 of this AUP. |
| Prohibited Use | Any use of the Service listed in Section 4 of this AUP. |
| AI Features | All features of the Service that use artificial intelligence, including article generation (GPT-4), transcription (Whisper), and image generation (DALL-E 3). |
| User Content | Any content (including URLs, text, images, configuration data) you submit to the Service. |
| AI-Generated Content | Any output produced by the Service's AI Features from your User Content. |
2. Principles
2.1. The Service is designed to help Subscribers create legitimate content at scale. We want ClipToText to be used responsibly, safely and lawfully.
2.2. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for all User Content you submit and all AI-Generated Content you publish. ClipToText does not routinely monitor User Content, but we reserve the right to review, remove or disable access to content that we reasonably believe breaches this AUP.
2.3. This AUP applies to:
- Your direct use of the Service;
- Any content you publish to third-party platforms via the Service's integration features;
- Any automated or API-based use of the Service.
3. Prohibited Content
You must not use the Service to create, store, generate, transmit or publish any content that:
3.1 Illegal Content
- Violates any applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction where the content may be accessed;
- Constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, tax evasion or other financial crime;
- Violates sanctions laws (including OFAC, UK HM Treasury, EU sanctions lists);
- Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyright, trade marks, trade secrets or database rights.
3.2 Child Safety
- Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits or endangers children;
- Depicts, describes, promotes or facilitates harm to minors in any form.
Any suspected CSAM will be reported immediately to the National Crime Agency (NCA), the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), and relevant law enforcement authorities. Zero tolerance applies — such use will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.
3.3 Harmful and Hateful Content
- Promotes, glorifies or incites hatred against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, age or any other protected characteristic;
- Constitutes harassment, bullying, threatening or abusive content directed at any individual;
- Promotes, depicts or glorifies violence, self-harm, eating disorders or other forms of harm;
- Is defamatory, maliciously false or likely to cause unjustified reputational harm to an identifiable person or organisation.
3.4 Disinformation and Deceptive Content
- Is knowingly false and presented as fact, with the intent to deceive or mislead readers ("disinformation" or "fake news");
- Impersonates any person, organisation, public figure, brand or ClipToText itself;
- Creates or distributes synthetic media ("deepfakes") of real individuals without their consent, particularly for deceptive, defamatory or pornographic purposes;
- Misrepresents the source, authorship or nature of content.
3.5 Adult and Age-Restricted Content
The generation, publication or distribution of adult, sexually explicit or age-restricted content is strictly prohibited on the Service. This prohibition applies to all Subscribers regardless of account type or jurisdiction. This blanket prohibition reflects our operation in Gulf markets (UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar) where such content is broadly illegal under local law.
- Pornographic, obscene or sexually explicit content;
- Content promoting gambling, alcohol or tobacco to audiences who may include minors.
4. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Service for the following purposes:
4.1 Spam and Mass Unsolicited Communication
- Generating or distributing unsolicited commercial email (spam) or SMS;
- Creating bulk content intended for mass automated distribution to recipients who have not consented;
- Using the Service's newsletter features to send emails to purchased lists or lists assembled without adequate PECR-compliant consent.
4.2 Mass Copyright Infringement
- Systematically transcribing and republishing third-party copyrighted content without authorisation or a valid fair use / fair dealing justification;
- Using the Service to scrape and repackage third-party intellectual property at scale.
4.3 AI Misuse
- Using AI Features to generate content specifically designed to deceive, defraud or manipulate individuals;
- Generating disinformation at scale (fabricated news articles, fake expert quotes, false health claims);
- Using DALL-E 3 image generation to create non-consensual intimate imagery or realistic impersonations of real individuals for deceptive purposes;
- Circumventing content safety filters in OpenAI's models through prompt injection or jailbreaking techniques;
- Using AI Features to create content that would itself violate OpenAI's Usage Policies.
4.4 YouTube Policy Violations
- Submitting YouTube URLs for videos that you do not have the legal right to transcribe, repurpose or republish;
- Using the Service to circumvent YouTube's Terms of Service, digital rights management measures, or the YouTube API Terms of Service;
- Processing YouTube content to create competing or derivative products in violation of YouTube's intellectual property rights;
- Systematically transcribing copyright-protected music, film or broadcast content for republication.
4.5 Multi-Tenant Abuse
- Attempting to access, view, modify or delete another Subscriber's data, Sites, content or account settings;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, probe or test the Service's multi-tenant isolation mechanisms;
- Submitting requests designed to cause your data to be processed in another Subscriber's tenant context;
- Exploiting any vulnerability in the
site_idisolation system to obtain cross-tenant data access.
Any such attempt constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 (Sections 1, 2 and 3).
4.6 Security and Infrastructure Attacks
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its underlying infrastructure, databases, APIs or any third-party systems integrated with the Service;
- Introducing malicious code, viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware or other malware into the Service or any connected system;
- Conducting or facilitating a denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack against the Service or any other system;
- Conducting unauthorised penetration testing, vulnerability scanning or security assessments against the Service's infrastructure;
- Attempting to intercept, alter or inject data into the Service's communications;
- Exploiting or disclosing security vulnerabilities without first following the responsible disclosure process in Section 7.
4.7 Excessive Resource Consumption
- Using automated scripts, bots or crawlers to access the Service in a manner that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure;
- Circumventing rate limits, quotas or usage caps;
- Using the Service to conduct large-scale competitive intelligence gathering or to build competing datasets.
4.8 Regulatory and Compliance Violations
- Processing special categories of personal data (as defined in Article 9 UK GDPR — health data, biometric data, racial/ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, trade union membership, criminal records) through the Service without adequate legal basis and explicit data subject consent;
- Using the Service to process data in a manner that violates applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR and DPA 2018;
- Processing content subject to professional privilege or confidentiality obligations (legal, medical, financial) unless you have the appropriate authorisations.
5. Responsibilities Relating to Published Content
5.1. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-Generated Content before publishing it to any platform.
5.2. ClipToText does not verify the factual accuracy of AI-Generated Content. You must not publish content you know to be false or misleading.
5.3. Where you publish content to third-party platforms via Service integrations (WordPress, Blogger, Shopify, etc.), you are responsible for ensuring that published content complies with the terms of service of those platforms.
5.4. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish in Gulf markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar) complies with local law, including laws regarding defamation, religious sensitivities, political content and regulated sectors.
6. Consequences of Breach
6.1. If we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that you have breached this AUP, we may take one or more of the following actions, depending on the severity and nature of the breach:
| Action | Circumstances |
|---|---|

| Content removal | Specific content removed from the Service or unpublished from integrations |
| Feature restriction | Access to specific features (e.g. AI Features, integrations) suspended pending investigation |
| Account suspension | Temporary suspension whilst we investigate a suspected serious breach |
| Immediate termination | Serious, repeated or unremediable breach; CSAM; criminal activity; security attacks |
| Legal action | Where breach causes material harm or constitutes a criminal offence |
| Referral to authorities | CSAM, credible threats of violence, or other criminal activity |
6.2. We will generally attempt to give reasonable notice before taking action (except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service, other Subscribers or third parties).
6.3. Following account termination for breach, you will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid Fees.
7. Reporting
7.1 Reporting Abuse
If you believe another user is violating this AUP, or if you encounter content that appears to violate this AUP, please report it to:
Include as much detail as possible: the nature of the concern, the content or behaviour in question, and any relevant URLs or screenshots.
We will investigate all reports in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7.2 Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability or data isolation issue in the Service, please report it to us responsibly before disclosing it publicly:
support@cliptotext.ai (subject line: "Security Disclosure")
Please include:
- A description of the vulnerability;
- Steps to reproduce it;
- Your assessment of the potential impact.
We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days and work to address confirmed vulnerabilities promptly. We ask that you:

- Give us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before public disclosure.
A formal bug bounty programme (e.g. via HackerOne or Intigriti) will be considered once the platform reaches public launch and a defined security baseline has been established.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
